  • Assisted in Social Media marketing for the film Moments of Youth for Jackpot Pictures to release, available platforms, reviews, social media promotions, and several other topics related to the film and film team. Reached out to various news outlets, podcast hosts, social media influencers, charities, and film critics to arrange for publicity, reviews, and interviews. Assisted in arranging live events to coordinate with the film’s release and release windows along with mass mailings via email which were sent out regularly. Became acclimated with the Marketing Strategy Deck developed by  Buffalo 8 Distribution tailored specifically for Moments of Youth film.

  • Performed the role of Boom Operator on Quinnipiac Capstone film production It Came From Beneath, capturing the physical audio on-set of the production. Strategically positioning, balancing, and maneuvering a shotgun microphone via a boom pole to catch dialogue without entering the shot. Rigging and maintaining audio equipment, including microphones, boom poles, and windscreens and attaching wireless lavalier microphones to actors and concealing them within clothing.

  • During the Quinnipiac University Capstone production I also worked on audio and sound mixing for the creature of the film It Came Beneath known as the Lozonock. In order to capture the essence and raw authenticity of the monster I used Adobe Premiere Pro to mix and distort real screams from myself and the director without the use of AI generated sounds. Adjusting levels and spatial positioning (left/right/depth) of instruments, vocals, or sound effects. Utilizing Equalization (EQ) to remove unwanted frequencies and compression to manage dynamic range. Adding reverb, delay, and other effects to create depth, texture, and emotional impact. Ensuring the final mix is free of distortion, technical errors, and meets specific loudness standards. Working the director to achieve their desired sound design vision.
